We accept mobile money (MTN & Airtel Rwanda), bank transfer (RWF and USD), Visa/Mastercard, and Western Union for international guests. Full payment or 50% deposit options are available.

Yes — full refund up to 14 days before check-in, 50% refund between 7 and 14 days, no refund inside 7 days unless covered by travel insurance. Lodge bookings follow the lodge's own policy.
